Floor plan

The draft floor plan below provides an indication of the lay-out of the conference venue. Please note that this lay-out might be subject to change. Booth spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Booth information

The standard size booth has an area of 5 x 4m. It comes standard with a hardboard back- and sidewall setup of 5.0 x 3.0 x 2.5m (width x depth x height) and lighting. It also features an eye catcher display, 4m tall, of which panel L1 will feature your organisation’s logo, making your booth easy to spot. Panels F1 and F2 will be printed upon request with any image at a small additional fee. A large size booth is made-up out of two standard size booths and has an area of 40m². It has enough space to showcase a vehicle. It comes with a back wall of 10m and two sidewalls of 3m, each with an eye catcher display.

Prices

All prices quoted are in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT. For all prices an additional 19% VAT will be charged in accordance with Dutch tax regulations. Invoices will be sent out after registration by e-mail and will be due within 30 days. Unpaid invoices that are past due must be paid at the conference during registration hours using credit card and will be charged an administrative fee of 3%.
